How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also login to your account to track your order.
How long does it take to deliver the order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping across India.
DISCOUNTS
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
If you have a discount code, you can apply it at checkout to redeem your discount. Simply proceed to checkout with the items in your cart, and you will see an option to enter your discount code before completing your purchase. Enter the code in the designated field and click "Apply" to see the discounted price reflected in your order total.
How can I avail the Buy 2, get 1 discount?
You don't need to take any additional steps to avail the Buy 2, get 1 discount. Once you add 3 items of your choice in your cart, the discount will be automatically applied to the lowest valued item during checkout. Simply continue shopping and adding items to your cart, and you'll see the discount reflected in your order total. Enjoy your savings!

RETURNS
Can I return or exchange my t-shirt if it doesn't fit or if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 5 days of purchase. Please ensure that the t-shirt is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information on how to initiate a return or exchange.
How can I return my order?
To initiate a return, login to your account, navigate to the order you wish to return and select the Request return option. For additional support, you can contact us at support@theatlasharbor.com.
How can I exchange my T-Shirt for a different size or colour?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How will I receive a refund for returned products?
Prepaid Orders: Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund amount will be directly credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/ Debit Card). The refunded amount take some time to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing time.
COD Orders: Once the returned product has been picked up, our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp and Email to confirm the refund details. We'll ask for your preferred UPI Account information, where the refund amount will be issued. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed promptly to your provided UPI Account.
PAYMENTS
Can I pay with Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience. Simply select the COD option during checkout, and our delivery partner will collect the payment when they deliver your package to your doorstep.
I have paid for my order but I am not able to see the payment status in the order status
Since we rely on third-party providers to ship your orders, payment statuses may take some time to reflect in the order details. Please rest assured that even if there is a delay in updating the payment status, your order is still being processed. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
